All bookings are subject to confirmation and clarification of numbers.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

During these interesting times things can go South quickly so we are always happy to discuss alternative dates and numbers for your events, sessions or parties. This arrangement does apply to all involved and in the unlikely event that the organisers are unable to attend due to illness or in following current guidance we will endeavour to satisfy your booked experience with agreement.

CHECK-IN:

Please follow specific details as to check-in times and schedules.

When visiting the forest we encourage limiting our impact on the planet and our local environment so car sharing is encouraged. Please chat through if you are needing help. We have a healthy relationship with our forest and it’s residents so along with developing new habitats we have had to develop access and parking for visitors.

FACILITIES:

We operate out of a number of forests including our own private woodland. We can come to you, your business, your home or wherever but please ask.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

As with all our engagement we ask you to share allergies, intolerances and any specific medical needs in order for us to maximise the engagement and enjoyment for all. All our instructors are paediatric first aid trained, with specific outdoor training specialism along with food hygiene certification.
