Bush Craft & Forest School
Weekly sessions, whole week sessions or a one off, you decide. From engaging with what you have to building to encourage what you want, Bearfoot help you all of the way and beyond. Tool use, cooking, foraging, nettle tea to identifying mini beasts and birds. Fire craft, Whittling and safe tool use with emphasis on safe, challenging learning where everyone has a go.
Outdoor Classroom Development
This could be as little as a few places to watch nature to the supported and pupil involved design and building of your own Forest School Environment.
We can supply trees, seating, benches, fire pits and covered areas in the race to get outside and learn. Every child can plant a tree to having your own Class welsh Oak anything is possible.
Well Being Sessions
Spending time with others or focusing on the now, looking after yourself and others in an environment that limits distractions and heightens senses is clearly needed today and providing this space and experience is what we do.
If it’s making forest products or feeders for the birds we can provide everything needed. Your children and staff will be rewarded time and time again with skills they can use repeatedly when outside or even inside.
Staff Inset Days
Nervous of outdoor learning or short of ideas to engage outside. Bearfoot offer great experiences for teachers to up skill in an environment designed to learn and develop. Whole school, phase or year group you decide.
